EVENT
1. This event will be held through individual video calls between each winner and artist. Before starting, please prepare a mobile phone that can be used for Kakaotalk video call.
2. Winners prepare their mobile phone in advance, until your turn. Receive video calls when your turn comes.
3. A video call event will be held with the artist, and it will end after calling all members.
4. After the event ends, we will send a separate signed album to the winners.
5. Video calls will be held for about 7 minutes, 1 minute for each member.
6. The signed album will be used among you have ordered and it will be provided in the SCYLLA version regardless of the version you purchased.
1. The albums purchased during the event period are NOT available to get refunded or change after the event period is over, but if you cancel the order during the event period, you will be able to get refunded. (If the customers returned the packages due to the customs, the package will be re-sent after paying the extra international fee. Or the packages will be disposed by us after storing for 2 weeks.).
2. ONLY the person who has been PICKED is able to attend this event, and only the winner can talk on the phone with the artists. The multiple orders are allowed, and the transferring or changing the information is NOT possible. The party is solely responsible for any damage caused by the transfer.
3. This event is an online event held through video call (Kakao Talk Face Talk), and winners must prepare a mobile phone that can make video calls in advance and check their network environment.
4. Video calls can only be made with the mobile phone contact and Kakao ID that provided the information.
5. This event will be held only with ID information used to apply. Please apply under the Korean or English name indicated on your ID card and passport.
(Foreign winners can only enter if their name and passport's English name are the same.)
6. If the call connection is not more than two times, the next winner may proceed first, and if the next winner's event is not contacted again, we will contact you once more, but if you cannot contact us again, we will not give you a re-call.
7. The applied album shipment (including the winner) will be carried out collectively after the event is over.
* The Album you purchased for event will be delivered without poster or other gift that is given during pre- order period.
* Album sales numbers will be reflected on the sales number of HANTEO CHART and GAON CHART.
8. Only the winners can participate in this event. Before the event begins, there will be ID verification to verify your identity, so please bring your ID card with you. The identification card for identification is as follows. You can't copy it, and if you can't confirm your identity, you can't participate in the fan signing event. (If your ID card and the name you applied for are different, you cannot enter.)

9. A video call with two or more people, it will be forcibly suspended by the staff, so please pay special attention to this.

11. If the call is deemed inappropriate, such as excessive demand, abusive language, and disparaging from the artist during video calls, it may be suspended by the staff and participation in future events may be restricted.
12. We ask for your cooperation in the smooth progress of the event, and in addition to the information above, STAFF may be restrained if it is deemed to interfere with the progress too much.
13. When announcing the winners of this event, the winners' personal information will be collected through a URL that will be guided together by separate text and e-mail.

14. After the announcement of the winners, the winner's name and contact information through the YES24 Customer Support Center are absolutely impossible and will not be reflected. When applying, please check whether the exact contact information and the correct date of birth are applied on the YES24 My Page -> Member Information Management Page.
15. Winners' personal information is collected and provided as follows for the operation and management of events related to the Personal Information Protection Act (such as drawing winners and sending products, etc. Only winners of the event can collect additional personal information for the event, and personal information can be provided to HYBE Co., Ltd. and BELIFT LAB Co., Ltd. (Personal information retention and utilization period: It will be destroyed within 7 days of the end of the event.)
