Please read before using YES24 service for easier access to necessary information.

Combining orders is NOT available.

After order has made, nothing can be edited or changed. Therefore, if you want to change something, please kindly cancel the order and then re-order.

After order has made, any shipping or order information cannot be changed.

It depends on the item status. Please check the item page whether it is pre-order sales or not. The release date has shown on the top of the item page. If it is available now, normally it ships out within 5 business days.

Regarding to the returned package, there are 2 options you can choose :

1. If you want a refund, the refund will be issued without the international shipping fee (only item price will be refunded.)

2. If you want to receive the package, you need to pay the international shipping fee via Paypal invoice. You need to give us your account for receiving the invoice.

Q: Can I change the shipping address? I entered wrong address.

A: You cannot change the address after ordering. In this case, please cancel your order and make re-order. Also if the package has shipped and then returned because of the wrong address or any other errors in address, then there will be no refunds if we did not receive the returned pacakge. However, once we receive the returned one in our warehouse, then we will email you for re-shipment or a refund.

Taxes (customs/import fee) are not included in the shipping cost, and if the tax is collected at the customs office, it must be paid separetly. If not paid, the package will be returned or discarded.

EMS and DHL are available.

 

Shipping may be delayed if the product is temporarily out of stock or cannot be stocked for various reasons. 

All products should be shipped within 3–5 business days of the order. If your order is still on standby for shipping after 5 business days, leave a 1:1 query.

 

You will be compensated after we determine whether the problem was caused during shipping or during manufacturing. Please leave a 1:1 query with the necessary information (e.g., pictures of the products and packaging of the products, picture of the receipt or other verification documents showing barcode, quantity, name of the product, and name of the recipient, such as invoice package, or item pictures).

International shipping

You may request a refund or exchange within 11 days of the final item of your order.

  Once your shipment is on an airfreight, you may not exchange any products being shipped internationally for reasons other than defective or damaged goods.

 

Customer is responsible for customs issues and Yes24 is not responsible for any customs duties imposed on import duties.

Customers must pay customs and import fees when they receive the package together.

Please check with your country's customs office before purchasing

1)Shipment that exceeds certain country’s duty-free standards may be charged extra with related imposing taxes.
2)Customs clearance and VAT must be borne by addressee. Please contact your selected shipping company or related country for further details.
1) Total warehouse cost is calculated by total value of invoice and the date package reached the destination country.
2) Warehouse fee must be borne by customers when if there is any additional charges.
3) Each country and courier company has a different way of calculating, so please contact your selected shipping company.
1) If imposed taxes or warehouse fees are not paid, products can be sent back or discarded.
2) Product could be sent back or discarded if the customer does not claim the product or is out of contact within 10 days of it arriving (More than 3 notifications of arrival)
3) After shipments returned, the round-trip shipping fees, imposed taxes and warehouse fees (if applicable), etc. are deducted from the refunded amount.
4) Please contact your shipping company for delivery periods.
5) Actual delivery total will be displayed when you enter the product code and address on payment page
6) Products can be lost in delivery, so if you cannot locate your product for a long time, contact your shipping company.
7) Receiver information cannot be amended after delivery has started.
